But anyway just wanna talk about my menu for yesterday and today. Yesterday I baked puding roti and kuah custard. Iqbal and papa really like it. Me too. For the dinner I cooked masak lemak cilipadi ikan masin (sea bass salted fish bought at ASDA) and goreng soohoon and pucuk + kentang+ikan bilis. Very simple but more marvelous if I added with tempe (rindu nya nak makan tempe ni, aci tak kalau buat tempe sendiri. Tapi macam mana yer?) Will find out soon. So this the results.
PUDING ROTI
Bahan:
A:
500 ml susu segar/fresh milk
8 keping roti (gardenia/high 5)
B:
4 sudu besar gula halus
2 sudu besar butter
2 biji telur ayam
1 sudu teh esen vanilla
1 sudu besar tepung jagung
C:
2 sudu besar kismis hitam
Sos Kastad
1 tin susu cair
2 s/b tepungkastad
2 s/b gula
CARA:
1. Hancurkan /koyakkan roti dan rendam dalam susu 1/2 jam
2. Kacau dan gaul rata bahan B.
3. Masukkan kismis dan tuangkan kedalam loyang.
4. Bakar dalam suhu 180'C selama 30 minit/masak.
5. Gaulkan bahan sos kastad dan masakkan diatas api yg sederhana sebentar.
6. Tuangkan sos diatas puding semasa menghidang.
Then this is masak lemak ikan masin and soohoon + pucuk goreng. Makan ngan nasik panas memang walla.
