Oh No!!!!

What happen to me. Since 33 weeks pregnancy I gain almost 24 kilos already. Tolong........ ni tak boleh salah kan twins I think this is my own fault. ke penimbang tuh yang rosak. Macam mana nih. Dah la suri rumah sepenuh masa dok rumah buat keja rumah sikit2 jer. Exercise of course tarak. Makan ikut time. Memasak sangat la rajin walaupun kena bongkok2 sandar perut kat dapur tetap kugagahi jugak. Then ini la hasilnya. Huwaaaaaaaaaa

For your info, I got anemic as well. kurang iron dalam darah. Kena ambik iron tablet twice a day yang tak best nya I got constipation problem as well. Adusss. Side effect nya juga the black poo poo. Memang ada symptom tiredness lately nih but i assumed that was normal la kan sebab pregnancy. but this anemic normally happen to those at the 3rd trimester. Iron is important untuk pembentukan hemoglobin. dan darah plak perlu semasa pembentukan babies tuh.

One more things, papa plak not around at the moment. Papa going to Spain for his field trip. Hati-hati during your outting papa. Have a nice time with your friends. Jangan lupa mama & Iqbal sudah yer. :). Next Wednesday baru balik so just mama, Iqbal & nenek at home. Pagi semalam Iqbal dah nangis2 cari papa dia sebab dah mula rindu papa la tuh. Mama bagitau Iqbal papa pegi school and nanti papa balik papa beli kan lollipop untuk dia. So, ok la anak sulung mama itu.

Last Thursday tuh mama went to GP (New Colligiate Medical Center) ada appointment with the Dr sebab anemic problem mama la. Lepas jumpa dapat form untuk collect prescription. yang geramnya the Chemist asked me to pay for the prescription. Apa nih kata free. dia kata kalau tak nak bayar tunjukkan exempted certificate. which is mama mmg tak der pun. Even I already showed her the serial no. dia ckp tak boleh juga. Mama pun say ok la tak nak bayar and tak nak ubat. Dengan penuh rasa geram mama pun balik rumah relaks lagi baik. Buat penat jer menapak jejauh habuk pun tarak.......
